DELIVERY FOR THC PRODUCTS

Delivery Policy

We are able to deliver our cannabis products within Oklahoma State lines to licensed businesses in Oklahoma. Your license must be current. Delivery times are flexible, as long as the product is in stock. We strive to deliver our products as quickly as possible, while ensuring the product’s quality and freshness.

Unfortunately, due to federal and state regulations, we are unable to ship to any other states at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Orders must be placed over the phone (405-928-1660). You will receive a Metrc Manifest and an invoice for your order. If you have any questions about our delivery terms, please contact us and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Return & Exchange Policy

At The Sun Porch, we understand the importance of quality assurance and customer satisfaction. All of our products are inspected prior to shipment to ensure that they are of the highest quality. Unfortunately, due to state regulations, products are non-returnable after the corresponding Metrc Manifest is accepted into your Metrc software. If you are unhappy with your order, you must print and sign your name in the "Product Rejection" section of the manifest, and click the "Reject" button within your Metrc prior to acceptance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions about our return policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
